Charlie, Daniel, Charlotte and Miles are missing.
The fourth season of Lost had seventeen main cast characters. Charlie left as main character after the first episode of the season, and wasn't included in the promotional photos of the season. Thus, he is represented by his season three photo. In addition - although main characters throughout the season, Daniel, Charlotte and Miles were not included in the season's promotional photos, and are thus represented by their season five photos.
Former main character Libby Smith and Walt Lloyd returned as guest characters for one and two episodes, respectively.
Additionally, nineteen characters played by supporting cast (defined as those appearing in at least seven episodes throughout the series) appeared during the season.
