  • This season was so meandering and cliched I stopped watching around episode eighteen. I'm giving it an automatic proposal because it received a nomination last year but I doubt it will get one again this year. I certainly won't vote for it. --The-jam 21:30, 16 January 2008 (EST)

  • From the groudbreaking and jaw dropping New Caprica arc through the intense confrontation over the algae planet, the "death" of Starbuck and the shocking revelations of the season finale the highs of the season far outweighed a few lows in the middle sections of each of the half seasons. --The-jam 21:30, 16 January 2008 (EST)

  • My second favorite new show of the season, I like it for showing someone dealing with having a supercomputer crammed into their head and basically being forced into helping the government with catching terrorists, along with him having to deal with his friends and family and keeping it a secret from them. -- HuskersRule 17:59, 7 February 2008 (EST)

  • Its mix of of macabre humor and sympathy for the devil makes this far and away one of the most compelling and addictive shows of the last couple of years. -- JCaesartalk 08:06, 20 January 2008 (EST)
  • In my life, I would never have thought that I would actually watch and support a serial killer, but Michael C. Hall's acting, the writing and the rest of the cast make for a very compelling show that I would never miss. -- HuskersRule 17:59, 7 February 2008 (EST)
  • I watched this show in its entirety over the course of about a week or so and it gave me nightmares. This season was fascinating because of the dualism between the various characters and I was impressed with every episode. --IndieRockLance 22:29, 14 February 2008 (EST)

  • I love the way this show blends the comedy, drama and science fiction together into something that I can't wait to see the next episode to find out what they have to deal with for that week. The cast is great and works well together, especially Colin Ferguson, who is the main source of the comedy with his role as the sheriff of the town and trying to avert any problems that come up. Being a summer show, it gave me something to look forward to while most shows were off the air for the season. -- HuskersRule 03:51, 14 February 2008 (EST)

  • This series manages to be both ultra realistic and highly entertaining at the same time. It has major cross-over appeal for fans of sports, teen drama, and high drama no easy feat. Sure some of the plots go into the melodramatic and the characters can be maddeningly stupid sometimes but those are balanced by great performances and stellar writing everywhere else. The first season especially is a perfect arc that would have left me happy if it had ended there. Everything about the show is great the largely ad-libed performances, the stellar writing and the Peter Berg inspired direction. --The-jam 14:03, 20 January 2008 (EST)

  • For its first season, this show was able to give us an ensemble of people who had special abilities and show the journey of them realizing their abilities and using them to save the world, becoming the most popular new show and my favorite new show of last season. I know that since there's several people who didn't like the second season, me not being one of them, it's not as high on peoples lists anymore, but still deserves to be considered for its great first season.

  • While the season lacked a seminal episode like Three Stories and the Tritter arc streched on a bit long the season still had some of the best character development of the series history and the season ended with a well done arc that didn't rely on an outside protaganist for House and appears to actually have created some lasting and permanent changes to the show. Definitely still deserves to be considered in any best drama category.
With the eligibility expanding through December the show deserves a nomination even more. The fellowship competition from the start of season four was the best ongoing plot the show has ever had. Each of the new characters was unique and added their own element to the show and the existing characters. The competition also made the show's sometimes boring formula fresh again.--The-jam 21:30, 16 January 2008 (EST)

  • While it did have a sub-par short run in the fall when Lost returned in the late winter it had a near perfect run of uniterrupted episodes with great character development, great plot development and was just all around outstanding. The show quickly and entertainingly did away with the worst plot lines from the fall and set-up some stellar new developments that led up to its incredible action packed character driven finale. --The-jam 21:30, 16 January 2008 (EST)
  • I, too, was disappointed by the first half of the third season, but it really turned things around and even justified those weak spots early on with a series of memorable plot twists near the end of the season that still give me chills to think about. -- JCaesartalk 08:06, 20 January 2008 (EST)

  • This show finally aired on US TV this year so I'm resurrecting the proposal from last year. The first season that aired this fall in syndication was the best of the series it had the best season plot with some great minor arcs weaved through as well. The characters seemed more real and more grounded in season one even though some of the plots were actually a bit more out there than in later seasons. The thing I especially like about the show is how it manages to take several plots that don't seem to be related and eventually tie them into one overall plot. It also has a very good balance of character plots and procedural plots. NORBAC feels like a real work place unlike on a lot of procedurals.--The-jam 17:31, 30 January 2008 (EST)
  • Something Regenesis manages to do extremely well, which seems to be rare, is to create a seamless blend of both shorter and overarching storylines, making the whole season seem like one continuous insight into the lives of the characters. While classified as science-fiction, what Regenesis immersively portrays, is a gripping view of the cutting edge science performed in a fictional laboratory. The cast perform their flawed characters flawlessly, contributing greatly to the quality of the show.

  • Even at the worst of times, this show should always have been considered, but the second part of Season Six may very well have been the best season ever. Every single one of the final eight episodes was "call your friends and ask if that was awesome or if that was awesome" brilliant. I like a lot of TV shows, but I can't think of any other series in the history of television I'm still thinking about six months later and realizing something cool I hadn't noticed the first time around. -- JCaesartalk 22:16, 15 January 2008 (EST)

  • This last season received a lot of criticism for straying too far from the show's core formula but despite this the two mystery arc enders and the two part season finale are definitely among the shows best episodes ever and if season two was worthy of a nomination season three should definitely be considered for one too.--The-jam 21:30, 16 January 2008 (EST)
  • While the third season did away with a season-long mystery arc and went with two mini-arcs that weren't well received, the final two episodes went back to the heart of the show and makes this show of the best of the season. -- Rvb strongbad 01:21, 19 January 2008 (EST)
  • I didn't have a problem with the mystery-a-week format of the third season. If anything, my only complaint was the "big mystery" of the first half just didn't seem to have the weight of the first two seasons. By introducing a bunch of new characters to be menaced and not putting death on the line, the campus rapist arc just seemed like being demoted from homicide detective to patrolman for Veronica. Still, the performances even there were great, and the wit and sharpness of the scripts were enough to send the series out as one of the best on television. -- JCaesartalk 08:06, 20 January 2008 (EST)
  • Even though there was lots of criticism for the format change, the introduction of new characters that didn't really do much with the main stories and regulars who made less appearances during the season, I didn't agree with all of that and still thought that this was one of the best shows on TV. The show ended in a way that stayed true to the show and left Veronica and Keith, presumably, back where they started at the beginning of the show. I'll be actively following the careers of most of the cast members and writers now that the show is over and hoping for a continuation in any form. -- HuskersRule 17:59, 7 February 2008 (EST)
