In-Depth
- They got another new version of the theme. It had a big-band sound to it. It was performed by Mort Lindsay's orchestra.
- Charlie's opening announcement was changed again.
- The puzzle board's border is changed to a new, "spiky" border.
- They added a $10,000 space on the wheel, with the two little Bankrupts on the side. It was placed on the wheel in round 3 and would stay on there in round 4 and other rounds after that.
- The contestants do not run up to their positions anymore.
- Columbia/Tristar Television now prodced the show.
- Episodes with a full credit roll had a rainbow border similar to the contestants' nametags.
