MTV Networks is the corporate entity overseeing the programming and distribution of numerous networks owned by Viacom.

MTV Networks Corporate is located in New York City at 1515 Broadway (where the program Total Request Live is taped daily). The MTVN Network Operation Center on Long Island serves as the broadcast origination point for all of their channels for North and South America.

There are also two sister companies, MTV Networks Europe, responsible for broadcasting to Europe, Africa, and the former Soviet Republics; and MTV Networks Asia, responsible for Asia and Australia.
