  • Kokopelli: In many Native American cultures, Kokopelli is known as the spirit of music. He is often depicted as a mischievous trickster or Minstrel and is distinguished by his mid-dance pose, a hunchback and a flute. Kokopelli is most prominently seen in the Anazasi culture.
Dawn: Kokopelli?! No! I love him! And he was Mom's. Why do we have to get rid of so many things I like?
  • Industrial Light and Magic: Industrial Light and Magic (commonly abbreviated as ILM) is a division of LucasArts, George Lucas's production company. The company specializes in special effects for films and was founded in order to create the effects used in the Star Wars movies.
Andrew: I pictured something cooler. More ILM, less Ed Wood.
  • Ed Wood: Edward D. Wood Jr. is Hollywood's most imfamous b-movie director. During the 1950s and 1960s, Ed Wood created some of the worst science fiction movies ever made including Plan 9 from Outer Space. His life was immortalised in the 1994 film Ed Wood starring Johnny Depp and directed by Tim Burton.

  • The Shining: In Stephen King's suspense horror novel The Shining, Jack Torrence and his family move into a secluded hotel for the winter in order to keep an eye on the grounds. But the hotel slowly drives Jack insane from isolation and causes him to attempt to kill his family. The breaking point in the novel is when Jack's wife finds a stack of papers saying "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" in various formats.
Frank: What is this, 'all work and no play makes Doris a dull girl"?
