Alterations
- 1x01 - Genesis: In regards to the scene in which Claire Bennet reaches into the garbage disposal unit to retrieve a ring and mangles her hand, Emerson Electric Company, the manufacturer of the "InSinkErator" that is being used and a competitor to General Electric, the owner of NBC, filed a suit against them to keep NBC from broadcasting the episode in the future and to block the network from using any Emerson trademarks in the future. The suit was eventually dropped and as a result, the label "InSinkErator" was removed from the scene on the DVD.
