Tyler "Ty" Olsson is a Canadian actor and voice actor, who is best known for providing the voice of Ord in the PBS Kids series, Dragon Tales and for playing real life 9/11 victim Mark Bingham in the A&E TV movie Flight 93.

Biography

Olsson was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and was raised in Ontario. He attended Canterbury High School, an arts school in Ottawa where he specialized in drama, dance, and music. His studies continued at Studio 58.

Olsson primarily appeared in supporting or character roles in a number of films and TV shows. As a voice actor, he is known as Herry in Class of the Titans. He was also featured in Battlestar Galactica and as Rollie Crane in Defying Gravity. Ty originated the role of Deputy Andy on the Syfy series Eureka, but after his second appearance in the show, he was later replaced by Kavan Smith.
