From The TV IV

The Porky Pig Show was a spotlight of Warner Bros. cartoons mainly starring Porky Pig. These were cartoons that were made and released to theaters from 1948 to 1959 and not screened on companion series The Bugs Bunny Show.

The opening, closing and bumpers were all animated by the Hal Seeger studio, which made the made-for-TV Out Of The Inkwell cartoons, The Milton The Monster Show, and Batfink.

After a two-year run, the cartoons were shelved until fall of 1967 when they would be released under the package title Porky Pig and Friends.
