Justin Stewart, a child genius, is portrayed by Blake Foster. Justin's smartness was downplayed after the cast change mid-Turbo. Mostly due to the fact that he was now hanging with a younger crowd--and had friends his own age. Justin remains one of the most hated characters of the entire series, in the same vein as Wesley Crusher from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

- Justin held the title of being the youngest ranger for ten seasons, until Mack Hartford was revealed to be a two-year-old android. However, he technically still holds this title, as Justin had an android version of himself built in The Robot Ranger.
