Biography

Kate Winslet is an English actress who became a major film star in the 1990s and 2000s with her appearances in such films as Sense and Sensibility, Titanic and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. On television, she had a notable guest appearance playing "herself" on Extras, and she has had a few TV roles as well as a guest host spot on Saturday Night Live.
