• Elizabeth Anne Allen originally auditioned for the lead role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Although the role was given to Sarah Michelle Gellar, series creator Joss Whedon was so impressed with Allen's audition that he created the character of Amy Madison specifically for her.
