[edit] Plot Overview

Six months after his accident, Mike is still in a coma. While visiting, Susan strikes up a friendship with Ian, a man whose wife is also comatose. Susan is torn when Ian asks her out to dinner, so she tells the unconscious Mike that she won't go if he will only wake up. Lynette is doing her best to be supportive of Tom as he gets to know his illegitimate child, but she draws the line at including the girl's mother, Nora. With Carlos having moved out, Gabby is growing tired of waiting hand and foot on the very pregnant Xiao Mei. Orson proposes to Bree, and a flashback reveals Orson may not be the man Bree thinks he is.
