Basic Information

Seishiro is a mysterious figure who currently wanders between worlds searching for a pair of twin vampires. Syaoran learned how to fight from him, compensating for his lack of sight in one eye.

Seishiro is incredibly vicious and apparently will do whatever it takes to locate his quarry. In the land of Ōto he "killed" Fai, Sakura, and Syaoran.

Character History

Seishiro seeks the twin vampires, Subaru and Hokuto. It is unclear why he seeks them, but it requires that he travel to different worlds. He traded his left eye to Yūko for a magical eye that allows him to travel between worlds, but the number of times he can do so is limited.

Once on his travels Seishiro ran into a young Syaoran, sometime after the boy had been adopted by Fujitaka. Syaoran was holding a book for Fujitaka, and running from several thugs who wished to steal it. Seishiro fought the men off, and rather than take the book from the boy, made a deal instead. Syaoran allowed Seishiro to read through the book in exchange for learning how to fight. As both were missing an eye, Seishiro imparted techniques to compensate for the loss.

Seishiro eventually reached Edonis Country, where he ended up inside the Ōto game. Once there, he began to alter the world itself, attempting to draw out the most powerful oni, the I-1 oni. He was able to merge the real world of Edonis with the virtual world of Ōto due to his possession of one of Sakura's feathers. Unfortunately, the I-1 oni turned out to just be an NPC played by one of the park's employees. Seishiro departed after this, taking the feather with him.

Because of the incredible brutality Seichiro displayed during his time in Ōto, which included the apparent deaths of Syaoran, Sakura, and Fai, Kurogane did not hesitate to try and kill Seishiro, in spite of the curse laid upon him by Princess Tomoyo.

Trivia

• Seishiro is an alternate version of Seishiro Sakurazuka from Tokyo Babylon and X. Seishiro Sakurazuka was an assassin who befriended the medium Subaru Sumeragi in order to seduce and then kill him. Subaru's twin sister was Hokuto.
