[edit] Plot Overview
The night after William Murderface pleases the concert audience by playing the bass guitar with his own penis (which requires a bucket of ice in the pants later), the other members of Dethklok find out that Murderface is having a birthday party. The rest of the band contemplates what to get him, since most of what he owns is very morbid in nature. Nathan decides that they should get him the blackest, most meaningless gift of all, but that proves to be flop as the gift is actually nothing. An enraged Murderface marches offstage and is bent on quitting Dethklok until the band gives Murderface President Kennedy's tricked out and desecrated limousine with the driver's seat replaced with the same chair Lincoln was assassinated in and the chance to destroy the piece of US history at the first-ever "Dethklok Dethmolition Klok-a-matae Deth Derby".
