KEYE-TV is the call letters of the CBS affiliate in Austin, Texas. It broadcasts on digital channel 43, displayed on tuners as virtual channel 42. KEYE-TV operates the Retro Television Network on digital subchannel 43.2.
KEYE-TV/channel 42 (analog) first signed on the air on December 4, 1983 as call letters KBVO-TV and as a independent station. It soon became a FOX affiliate in 1986. In 1995, KBVO-TV changed its call letters to KEYE-TV and affiliation from FOX to CBS after FOX moved to KTBC/channel 7.
