Happenings

  • After the other models agree to recall the Heavy Raiders, Three does so, but lets the one proceed, believing Adama won't nuke the planet for it. She's proven right and Adama rescinds the launch order.
  • The star goes supernova, destroying the planet just before Galactica and the Cylons jump out. The supernova looks like the mandala inside the temple. It's surmised that the Thirteen Tribe witnessed a supernova in the Ionian nebula and that it's likely where they headed to next.
  • The Number Three model is seen as "fundamentally flawed" and it's agreed that the entire line be boxed.

Characters

  • To satisfy Anders, Lee has Dee find and rescue Kara. Kara's hands on burned, but Dee is able to fix the intact Raptor and escape back to Galactica.
  • Helo reluctantly kills Athena, leading her to resurrect where she can get Hera. Hera recognises Athena despite her biological identity to Boomer. Athena urges that Hera needs to be seen by a human doctor, leading Boomer to threaten to the child. Caprica-Six knocks her out and snaps her neck. She and Athena take Hera and escape in a captured Raptor. They make it to Galactica where Helo is reunited with Athena and Hera. Caprica-Six is taken to the brig.
  • D'Anna stands in where light from the supernova bursts through. She finally sees the Final Five in the opera house, even recognising one enough to ask for forgiveness. Baltar pulls her out, but she soon dies before she can confirm whether or not he's one of them.
  • Baltar attempt to see the Final Five himself, but Tyrol finds him knocks him out. He is then quietly sneaked on board to Galactica.
  • Helo notices the mandala painted in the Temple is similar to the one she painted on her apartment on Caprica. When he shows this to her, she recalls Leoben telling her that she has a destiny.
