Plot Overview

Shake realizes it's time to work out, so he brings out his Insane-O-Flex, an exercise machine that he has never used, and he stole from Carl. It turns out that the machine can transform into a monster that could destroy New Jersey, and possibly the world. Only the Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past from the Future knows its secret, and after his long-winded stories, he, Emory, and Oglethorpe try to take the Insane-o-Flex from the Aqua Teens before they can activate it. In addition to this, Dr. Weird's castle is being converted into a loft, and Weird himself is connected to the history of the Insane-O-Flex and the backstory of the Aqua Teens, including a fourth one that did not survive. The Mooninites also come along for the ride.

Behind the Scenes

  • Preview: Throughout the week of March 25, 2007, Adult Swim advertised that the film would be broadcast during the regular block on April 1st. Technically, they did make good on this promise. The entire film was shown, in true April Fools Day prank fashion, in a tiny picture-in-picture box in the corner of the screen without sound while the regular block aired.
