While Master Shake learns how to play the guitar and Frylock works on his new time machine, Shake and Meatwad notice that Frylock has what appears to be a zit on his face. Frylock tries to cover it with make-up, but it doesn't fool Shake or Meatwad. After going to the doctor, it is revealed that Frylock has cancer.
