Plot Overview

While on duty at the Big Squeeze, Caitlin serves Kyle Donaldson, a boy she likes from school, but she gets distracted by his looks and she forgets to put a lid on the blender, splashing the smoothie she was making for him all over both of them. Dejected and embarassed, Caitlin seeks advice from Jen, who arranges an "accidental" bump-in for Cait and Kyle at the Penalty Box and sets them up on a date, delighting Caitlin greatly as she hugs Jen for making the date possible. Jen then learns after the fact from Jonesy that Kyle is "Dirty Donaldson", a notorious womanizer, so she recruits Jonesy and Wyatt to tag along on Caitlin's date and secretly keep an eye on her.

Over at the Japanese restaurant Super Terrific Happy Sushi, while Jonesy and Wyatt discreetly watch from another table, Kyle convinces Caitlin to try some sushi against her better judgement (she mentioned earlier that she does not like eating fish, raw or cooked). Caitlin then mistakenly eats a piece of wasabi, which starts her eyes watering and sets her mouth on fire from its extreme spiciness, while Kyle laughs at her misfortune. Later at The Galleria's indoor amusement park, Jonesy and Wyatt follow along as Kyle talks Caitlin into joining him for a ride on the "Vomit Comet" roller coaster (she refuses at first, but changes her mind after she sees a cute girl ask Kyle to sit with her). The speed and motion of the ride, combined with the sushi dinner, end up making Caitlin sick and she throws up halfway through the loop-de-loop, and her vomit comes down on the heads of almost everyone in the coaster cars on the way down. Jonesy and Wyatt, who ride in the back car while on their spy mission, are among those who get hit by the vomit shower, but miraculously, Caitlin escapes being drenched with her own vomit herself, then she pukes on Kyle again after the ride ends. A disgusted Kyle ends the date and storms off, and Jonesy and Wyatt comfort an upset Caitlin by asking her if Kyle even asked her if she wanted to eat raw fish or ride the roller coaster, then add that Kyle got what he deserved. The guys then offer to take Caitlin out for dinner and she accepts—but, Cait tells Jonesy and Wyatt, only if they get cleaned up first, as the guys still smell like sushi vomit.

Nikki is appointed the temporary assistant manager at the Khaki Barn after Chrissy has to step out, which gives Nikki the chance to enjoy some slacking and to boss Kirsten and Kristen around—but being in charge turns out not to be the joyride she thought it would be after eager customers flood into the store for a sale. After she hears from Jen about what Kyle did on his date with Caitlin, Nikki takes the chance to get revenge on Cait's behalf by conning Kyle into buying two pairs of cargo pants that are too small and too high-cut in the pant legs, convincing him that they're the "perfect fit" and that "the girls will love it".

Jonesy gets a job as a beauty consultant at Huntington's Department Store, where he scams a dress for Caitlin that she likes and wants to get for her date (but is unable to afford) by letting her get it on credit and return it after the date (thanks to the store's seven-day return policy that Jonesy tells her about), but he gets fired after the dress is ruined by splashback vomit from Caitlin's second puking incident.
