WRDW-TV is the CBS affiliate in Augusta, Georgia, broadcasting on digital channel 12. It has three subcarriers--12.2 (retransmission of NBC affiliate WAGT), 12.3 (My Network TV) and 12.4 (Antenna TV).

WRDW-TV first signed on the air on February 14, 1954 as a secondary NBC affiliate.

WRDW's parent company, Gray, recently bought Schurz, the parent company of Augusta's NBC affiliate, WAGT/channel 26's operations have been consolidated into WRDW and Gray will sell WAGT's license to the FCC in the upcoming spectrum auction. Gray will operate WAGT separately with a waiver over duopoly rules until the auction. Meantime, Gray has bought low-powered WBEK-CD/channel 16 (independent carrying programs from Youtoo and America One) and changed the call to WRDW-CD. It is believed that the CW, which is now on WAGT's subchannel, would move to channel WRDW-CD if and when WAGT shut down. Gray applied to move WRDW-CD to WAGT's channel 26 once WAGT shut down. WRDW-CD had since changed call to WAGT-CD. WAGT itself shut off its full-power transmitter and WAGT-DT has moved from channel 16 to 26.
