Horatio McCallister, more commonly known as "The Sea Captain," is a recurring character from The Simpsons, created by Conan O'Brien. McCallister is often portrayed as an incompetent captain who exemplifies the surly old sea dog stereotype, but in his first appearance (and in several following), he is the owner of an all-you-can-eat seafood restaurant called The Frying Dutchman. He is voiced by Hank Azaria
