The Parent Rap is the second episode of the thirteenth season of The Simpsons, and the two-hundred and seventy-first episode overall.

Plot Overview
Bart,and Milhouse are brought into the Courtroom to answer for their taking a Joyride in Chief Wiggums Squad Car.The Simpsons are looking forward to another day in Court since Judge Snyder will usual give the Simpsons a warning.Judge Snyder hears the Case of both Bart,and Milhouse joyriding.Milhouse,and his Father Kirk pleads with the Judge who lets Milhouse off with a warning.Bart knowing how easy it was for Milhouse figures it will be easier for him,so he prepares for a quick dismmisal,and the Simpson Family prepare for a quick exit from the Courtroom.That is until Judge Snyder leaves for his Fishing Vacation,and another Judge,Woman name Harm fills in.She is very different from Judge Snyder in every way.The Simpsons all take their seats.The Simpsons are in for a rough time with this Judge,but in the end,the Simpsons will learn a few lessons in togetherness.

Judge Harm bears a slight resemblance to Judge Judy,in facial features,and attitude.
