Actually, the co-pilot was not a middle section survivor. Jack, Kate and Charlie found him in the cockpit before he was killed by "IT". I don't know if there needs to be a cockpit section as there was only one survivor (that we know of?!?!).

there may be more survivors because most of seats were empty so they might have got out/ran away because they heard the monster. --02:46, 29 April 2006 Mental ian

It's technically possible, but extremely unlikely that after two months on the island, none of them have found the other Oceanic survivors. It's probably safe to assume they all died. --Stabbey 08:55, 10 September 2006 (EDT)

Tail Section Survivors?

Philoetus: According to S2E4 there "were" 23 people alive from the tail section, should we worry about them or just the ones that are still alive as of season 2?

The important ones are the ones know to be alive, ie the main cast. There are several who are dead, as well as many who were taken by the others. --Ryvius 16:47, 29 April 2006 (EDT)

Other sources - oceanic-air.com

Both Sally and Robert have comments about surviving the crash, if you look at the source code of the oceanic-air.com page.

If anyone should find this message, please get word I'm alive and stranded on an island somewhere in the South Pacific. Please send help soon. Things are bad. And they're getting worse...

Sally

I survived a horrific plane crash and am stranded on an island somewhere Northeast of Australia and Southwest of Hawaii. In the event that I am never found, please forward word of my fate to my parents.

Where the divID of that section is named Robert.

were did they come from

which part of the plane did sally and robert come from?

Those are probably middle-section survivors, and the messages were in the bottle taken on the raft. --Stabbey 19:30, 23 June 2006 (EDT)

more survivors?

I have discovered that there are 3 more islanders who will be appering in season 3, there will be a woman called Nikki, another woman called Juliet (who is apparantly going to have a love life with Jack), and a man who im not shore of the name, but thouse are the only people i have been informed of--Mental ian 01:56, 20 September 2006 (EDT)

Those are probably fuselage survivors, but until we know for sure (they're on-screen), they're not going into the dossier. The man's name is apparently Paulo. --Stabbey 12:06, 28 September 2006 (EDT)

Special Status

Right now, characters are colour-coded to indicate if they are "Alive", "(Presumed) Dead", or "Captured". Should there be another colour-coded thing to indicate an allegiance shift (this would apply to Locke, Juliet, Karl and Alex)? --Stabbey 18:09, 24 May 2007 (EDT)

Changes/Additions

I changed so that the article uses the {{Characterlistheader}} template. Also, I added some missing characters, the actors for the off-island characters, and number of credited appearances. I hope (and think) it's better now. More complete, more accurate, and easier to edit. OK? --Pierre 16:32, 30 December 2008 (EST)

Lost character appearances

Hi there, I have made some changes to the episode appearances in the Lost characters table. Here are some notes and reasons for the changes:

1. In season 4, episode 8 (Meet Kevin Johnson), none of the characters on the beach were shown. It only featured scenes on the freighter and at the barracks. Therefore, Jack, Kate, Juliet, Sun and Jin were also missing from the episode and I lowered their episode counts (as I did for Daniel and Charlotte two days ago)

2. I lowered Libby's episode count as she only appeared in 16 episodes of season 2 and one episode in season 4, adding up to 17 episodes. (Was missing from 7 season 2 episodes: Man of Science, Man of Faith, Adrift, Orientation, Fire + Water, One Of Them, The Whole Truth and Three Minutes. 23 season 2 episodes minus 7 = 16 plus one season 4 episode = 17.

3. I lowered Boone's episode count, as he appeared in 21 episodes of season 1 (all but Confidence Man, Numbers and Born to Run). Additionally he guest starred in one episode of season 2 and two episodes of season 3, adding up to 24 episodes in total.

4. I lowered Walt's episode count, as he appeared in 21 episodes of season 1 (all but Confidence Man, Raised by Another and Deus Ex Machina). Additionally, Malcolm David Kelley starred in four episodes of season 2 (Man of Science, Man of Faith, Abandoned, Three Minutes and Live Together, Die Alone), one episode of season 3 (Through the Looking Glass), and one episode of season 4 (There's No Place Like Home, Part 2). This adds up to 27 episodes. Added to this is the appearance of young Walt in Adrift and his quick appearance by an extra in Meet Kevin Johnson.

If you feel that I have missed anything or made any mistakes, please inform me. Neil sa 14:01, 8 January 2009 (EST)
