Standoff is a crime drama on FOX about the Los Angeles branch of the FBI Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU). The show focus is on Matt Flannery and Emily Lehman, along with Cheryl Carrera, and Frank Rogers. Matt Flannery and Emily Lehman are both partners and the top rated negotiators in Los Angeles. Flannery and Lehman also have a relationship beyond the professional. Cheryl Carrera is the LA head of the CNU (and Flannery & Lehman's boss), while Frank Rogers is the leader of the LA branch of the FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT).
