Scooby-Doo in Where's My Mummy? is the ninth in a series of animated made-for-video movies based on Scooby-Doo. It had a limited theatrical release on November 5, 2005 (rated G), and aired on Cartoon Network November 24, 2005. It was released on home video December 13, 2005.
Velma is in Egypt to help a young prince, Omar, restore the great Sphinx. The gang pays a surprise visit where they not only learn that Cleopatra has put a curse on whoever enters but a fortune hunter, Amelia Von Butch has arrived to plunder the tomb of its riches. The gang offers to help crack the mystery, but during investigations, Omar and then Velma invoke the curse and are turned to stone.
