Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase is the fourth made-for-video animated movie featuring the characters from Scooby-Doo. It was first released on videotape on October 9, 2001; it was released on DVD on June 1, 2004.

The gang visits their friend, Eric, a computer game developer. At that moment, a being called the Phantom Virus emerges to cause mayhem. During a chase in the lab, the Phantom Virus and the gang are zapped into Eric's video game. The gang must traverse nine levels of the game and obtain the Scooby Snacks on each level in order to stop the Virus. The ninth level has the gang as they look in contemporary style meeting themselves as they looked in Scooby-Doo, Where Are You.
