The Mystery Machine, with Shaggy at the wheel, loses control and winds up outside a small town where the townsfolk claim aliens have been stealing their cattle. While sleeping, Shaggy and Scooby are whisked aboard a UFO, then they awaken in the middle of nowhere to see Crystal, a photographer and her dog Amber. Shaggy and Scooby are smitten with Crystal and Amber, who are taken captive by an alien investigation group (who was behind the UFO that captured Shaggy and Scooby) in order to place more a sensing dish as it was on government property.
