Plot Overview
Tenaya 7, along with Generals Crunch and Shifter, enter Corinth to mess with the dome's air supply. Meanwhile, it is revealed that Gem and Gemma had talked with Dr. K about her current relationship, or lack thereof, with the Rangers. After she complements each Ranger, minus Ziggy, and gives them a hug, the team rushes out to stop Tenaya.
The villains retreat after Gold and Silver show up, who try to chase after them. After returning, Colonel Truman announces to the team that he will be sealing off the dome to restore damage. Gem and Gemma have a different plan in mind. They have found an enemy outpost close by and plan to destroy it. The rest of the Rangers then discover Venjix's plan to suck the air out of the dome, which leads to Scott rushing to the gate to stop his father. Colonel Truman won't budge, so Scott rolls under the gate before it closes completely. He meets up with Gem and Gemma, and the other Rangers now need another way out of the city. Ziggy reminds Dillon that Station 19 vents propane gas at dawn, even when the shields are up. However, it's not dawn, so Flynn suggests resetting the computer's clocks. Since the shields are at full power, Dr. K points out that the gate will be releasing much more gas than usual, which leads to the Rangers using their special attacks: energy blast, time manipulation, invincibility and teleportation.
Already outside the dome, Scott is trying to keep Gem and Gemma from rushing into battle. However, he is unsuccessful. They do battle with Venjix's new monster, with the others showing up just in time with the Zords.
Back at the base, Dr. K introduces a post-mission congratulations. She goes around to each Ranger, reaching Ziggy last. Just as he's sure she will compliment him this time, the alarm rings and the Rangers head off to battle.

Quotes
- Dr. K: And so, as your mentor--
Ziggy: Mentor? How can you be our mentor, aren't we all older than you? - Colonel Truman: It's obvious that a major attack on the city is imminent. We need to divert all power to the shield. Seal out the enemy.
Gem: Sure, that sounds--
Gemma: Like a super plan!
Gem: Want to hear--
Gemma: Our plan?
Gem: This outpost is three clicks from the main gate.
Gemma: We're gonna go out there and--
Gem: Blow. It. Up.
Colonel Truman: Gee, you make it sound so easy. - Dr. K: In an effort to improve my role as your mentor--
Ziggy: Uh, mentor? Sorry, can someone please explain to her that she's younger than us.
Dr. K: I want to begin adding positive reinforcement to our post-mission debriefings.
