[edit] Basic Information

When we first meet Dillon, he's roaming the wasteland with no memories of anything -- not even his name. All he had was a car, his pocket watch and flashes of a girl he was supposed to save. He adopted the name Dillon, for reasons unmentioned and was, unsuccessfully, held up by Ziggy. Ziggy led him to Corinth City for fuel and supplies, where they both were arrested due to Dillon's robotic implants. In exchange for getting out of prison, Dillon was recruited as Ranger Operator Series Black, as suggested by Summer. However, he had one condition: Ziggy had to come along.

Dillon is often seen lost in the music from his pocket watch and dreams of his past life, from around the point Venjix took his memories. Some of these memories have proven to be false, as Tenaya 7 planted a device on the back of his neck to speed up his robotic implants and insert memories of a place called Kenmore.

After Gem and Gemma saved the Rangers near Kenmore, they were seen humming the music from Dillon's pocket watch. They claimed to have heard it in a Venjix work camp from the blind girl in the next cell over. Despite never having seen her, they became friends and the blind girl told Gem and Gemma the tune of the music was from and old family heirloom, kept by her brother. Dillon was eager to find his sister and left for the work camp with Ziggy and Summer. However, the alarm was tripped before they could find her location.

During a rescue mission, Dillon finds his sister's empty cell in the work camp, and a key that looks shockingly similar to the one with his pocket watch. He later discovers that the two keys hook together to make the watch play a different song. The song Tenaya 7 whistles to stalk her prey. Dillon drives out into the wasteland and plays the new song, attracting Tenaya's attention. He then plays the original song, which triggers memories from childhood. After a battle between the two, Tenaya is seen bleeding from the arm, proving that she is a hybrid, like Dillon.
