Plot Overview
Dr. K leads a meeting for the Rangers, Colonel Truman and Corporal Hicks. She discusses the urgency towards destroying Venjix's doomsday machine, while the Rangers worry about the prisoners trapped in the factory with it. Meanwhile, Venjix unveils an upgraded Sawbot, which contains information that the last one learned in battle.
Colonel Truman heads off with the Rangers, and an army of troops, to the factory. Scott, Summer and Dillon head into the factory to set charges, while Flynn and Ziggy rescue the prisoners. Summer and Dillon get detained by Sawbot, leaving Scott to set the charges alone. Elsewhere in the factory, Gem and Gemma have run off to complete a special mission from Dr. K, in an attempt to turn the doomsday machine into a Zord.
After Gem and Gemma join their Zords with the new Whale Zord and defeat Sawbot, Dillon and Summer are trapped as a result of the factory explosion. The Whale Zord then extinguishes the fire at the factory so Gem and Gemma can enter to tell Dillon that he's standing in the remains of his sister's cell. After searching the rubble, Summer finds a necklace that matches the one Dillon wears to open his pocket watch.

Quotes
- Flynn: Now listen, I've never been one for debating ethics, or making complicated moral judgment calls. I prefer things simple, you know. Good versus evil. Us versus them. I like an enemy right in front of me I can see with my own two eyes. (An explosion goes off and Sawbot appears.) Aye, now that's more like it!
- Colonel Truman: They're attacking Corinth! The shields can't sustain that kind of firepower! Dr. K, I hope you know what you're doing!
Dr. K: Why does everyone keep saying that? Of course I am aware of what I am doing! I just have absolutely, no idea of whether or not it'll work.
