Plot Overview
A Marine who was found dead, face down in the snow in the park unexpectedly starts breathing again on Ducky's autopsy table.
When the team starts to investigate they find that, though the Marine was on leave from his third tour in Iraq, he had strangely flown back there for a few days on a charter flight.
In an unexpected twist, Gibbs' trainer, Mike, shows up in the hospital, back from Mexico. The Marine is his son.
Continuing investigations leads the team to discover that the charter flight the Marine had flown on was actually a human smuggling service, for those who could meet the stiff fees. The Marine had smuggled his Iraqi wife and their young son into the United States.

- Ziva confronts DiNozzo and asks if things are bad with his girl, if he did something he shouldn't have, said something he shouldn't have, or "didn't say something he should have." Was she guessing, or does she know something.
