Plot Overview
Six-year-old Miguel Ramos is abandoned in an emergency room by his mother, Maria after he is shot. As SVU searches for Miguel's family members, Miguel winds up getting killed in the hospital and the suspect is considered to be a threat towards Maria and her older son, Luis.
