Plot Overview

When the bodies of Edward Boggs and ASPCA agent Pam Tilden (whose head and hands are dismembered) are discovered in a park, the investigation leads SVU detectives to Harry Baker, a disturbed, sociopathic teenage boy who had conflicts with Agent Tilden and a colleague of Agent Tilden, who is revealed to be a convicted rapist.
