Plot Overview
SVU investigates the assault of Nicole Manning, a seven-months pregnant woman whose unborn child was cut out of her body; the investigation initially leads to a former colleague of Nicole's and a construction worker, Kyle Novacek, with whom she was having an affair with as suspects, but after the baby's body is discovered, suspicion turns to Nicole's psychiatrist husband, Richard.
