Plot Overview

The gang has just gone to see a movie and is walking home when they are mugged. The guys push Dee down while trying to run away; stranding her with the mugger. Dee starts taking self-defense classes but Frank, a former boxer, decides to train her himself. He takes her to the old gym where he runs into an old boxing rival and his boxer daughter, Brianna.

Meanwhile, Mac and Dennis have decided to train Charlie to be an underground street fighter. Charlie injures himself trying to hit a piece of wood and so they decide the training will be better if they are all drunk. Mac and Dennis think that Charlie isn't a good enough fighter so they should concentrate on building up his tolerance to pain by hitting him with trash cans and chairs.

At the gym, Dee meets up with a steroid dealer who calls them "performance enhancing supplements". Dee starts taking the steroids, unaware of the side-effects which instantly affect her personality. After being confronted by her father's rival again, she arranges a match against Brianna (one in which she will "eat her babies"). Meanwhile Charlie, now drunk, is training by having Mac and Dennis punch him. In a montage, it is shown that both Dee and Charlie are attempting to boost their training by taking steroids. Dee finds out that Charlie has been stealing his steroids and the two square off. They are both thrown in prison chasing after a guy who yelled at them for hitting his car.

At the underground fight, Mac and Dennis put a lot of money on Charlie to win his first fight, but find out that he's in prison. Mac decides to fight in his place, but loses badly. While they walk down an alley, they meet the same mugger from earlier and insist that they don't have any money. Dennis reveals that he has twice as much money as before and Mac leaves him to get stabbed after realizing that Dennis bet against him. At the gym, Frank challenges Bobby Thunderson to a fight. Before the fight can begin Frank sucker punches Bobby, who falls and knocks over Brianna. Brianna breaks her neck on a corner stool lying in the ring and Frank runs away.
