Plot Overview
When Chen and Kovac discover that three people have been shot at Doc Magoo's, Pratt and Gallant get pulled over & questioned by the police after Chen gives a partial description of the perps responsible for the crime; Lewis spends the day with her teenage cancer patient despite his mother's disapproval; Carter plans to propose to Abby; Kovac is forced to speak to a psychologist about his recent issues.
