Boomerang is Turner Broadcasting System, Inc.’s (TBS, Inc.) 24-hour cable/satellite network launched April 1, 2000, offering the best in classic animated entertainment. Drawing from the world’s largest library of more than 7,500 cartoons, Boomerang showcases Hanna-Barbera, MGM and Warner Bros. classic characters with stylized sensibility tailored to their standing in television’s pop culture. Famed characters among the stable of stars include Scooby-Doo, Tom and Jerry, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Yogi Bear and the Looney Tunes—Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Sylvester and Tweety, Roadrunner and many more. In partnership with Cartoon Network, the service boasts 75% unduplicated programming and 80% is available to cable/satellite operators and their customers in Spanish. The senior vice president and general manager of Boomerang is Mark Norman. Their network slogan is "Boomerang. It's all coming back to you!"
