Plot Overview
As a favor to his good friend and former partner, Ryker takes his son under his wing, despite his finishing last in class at the Academy. Partnered with Mike on special assignment, the young cop accidentally takes down a notorious international hit man, wounding him and putting him in the hospital. The killer, whose pride was wounded by being taken down by a rookie cop, wants to kill the young man, and he kidnaps Jill as part of his plan.
