Plot Overview
The cops arrive at a rumble between two rival street gangs, causing members of both gangs to scatter. Terry chases after one gang member, the brother of an old friend of his, but is struck by a car driven by other gang members and is critically injured. The gang members load Terry into a car and dump him somewhere else. The guilt-ridden kid he was chasing returns to help him, leading him to be marked for death by his fellow gang members.

Esther Anderson, William Elliott and Ian Sander don't really appear in this episode per se, but appear in flashbacks from previous episodes. Esther Anderson's footage is from "The Authentic Death of Billy Stomper", while William Elliott and Ian Sander appear in footage from the series' premiere episode, "Concrete Valley, Neon Sky", which was also about gang violence. There's also flashback footage from "An Ugly Way to Die", the first episode featuring Bruce Fairbairn.
