Plot Overview
While checking out suspicious activity at a closed shopping center, Chris and Terry's cruiser is stolen by a pair of graffiti taggers, leaving them with no way to contact anyone. They encounter a trio of gun thieves, and after a brief battle, Chris is wounded and has to contend with two of the crooks, while Terry gets trapped in a stuck elevator with the gang's ringleader...and an empty gun.
