The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show (1971–72) is an animated comedy that aired on CBS. It was a spin-off of The Flintstones and features Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm as teenagers.
The series has Pebbles and Bamm Bamm and their friends getting mixed up in Pebbles' hair-brained schemes, as much as she means well. As her dad's catch phrase was "Yabba Dabba Doo," Pebbles' is the rather o-fay "Yabba Dabba Doozie."
Their friends are chubby but earthy Penny, scatter-brained astrologist Wiggy, and whizkid Moonrock. Their antagonists are vain couple Fabian and Cindy and lame-brained bikers the Bronto Bunch. Bad Luck Schleprock leaves a trail of disaster wherever he trods.
A year later, Pebbles and Bamm Bamm were featured in new segments of CBS's The Flintstone Comedy Hour as well as repeats of this show. They would be brought back in teen form in 1980 in NBC's version of The Flintstone Comedy Hour and Flintstone Funnies. Pebbles and Bamm Bamm would get married in 1992 (ABC TV-movie I Yabba Dabba Do!) and then give birth to twins a year later (Hollyrock-A-Bye Baby).
