Herculean Effort for Some Herculean Dudes is the seventh episode of the ninth season of The Amazing Race, and the one hundred and third episode overall. Teams leave Sicily to race in Greece.

Race Overview
While Racing through Greece, teams return to ancient times and compete in Olympic games that include a grueling bout in the mud with a Greek wrestler. During a roadblock, teams face a 240-foot bungee jump off the Corinth Canal bridge and one racer becomes paralyzed with fear. Several teams make a crucial mistake when they fail to follow the clue's directions correctly. Meanwhile, a lack of focus and confusion plagues several teams who get lost while driving, and their frustration fuels an emotional breakdown for one team.
Teams participate in a special "Da Vinci Code"-themed challenge in which teams are given a portion of Da Vinci's famed "Vitruvian Man" and must find the other half in order to solve the clue.

The teams arrive at the tower of Rian.
Eric & Jeremy come in first after successfully completing the Fast Forward. Their prize for bringing along the Vitruvian Man sketch is to go down the red carpet at the Hollywood premiere of "The DaVinci Code" on May 19.
Ray & Yolanda arrive second but are penalized fifteen minutes for getting off their train early. Joseph & Monica reach the pitstop in those fifteen minutes and are awarded second place. Ray & Yolanda get third. Fran & Barry arrive fourth. BJ & Tyler come in fifth, are penalized the fifteen minutes but Lake & Michelle do not reach the pit stop until after BJ & Tyler are checked in. Lake & Michelle are sixth and are the sixth team to be eliminated.
