Plot Overview

Ashley tells Justin they need to put things aside to work together. Justin tells her he still loves her but Ashley says that Reena isn't in the past and it is too late to try again. Hunt, Christine and Reena talk about the news conference on Stella's accident. Dr. Brewer tells the press that Stella is still in a coma. Then Vicky tells everyone they are cooperating with the police investigation. Gregory tells Justin he wants to get out of the house and go to the garage and Justin says he can as soon as the doctors say it is OK. Then Gregory asks why he and Ashley can't get back together and asks him to get Ashley back. Vivien tells John about her big family reunion and John tells her he is an only child. Then John tells Vivien he loves her and she says she thinks she loves him too. Ruby tells Vicky what a good job she did at the press conference. Then Christine tells George she doesn't appreciate him spreading lies about her. Doris serves Gregory dinner and Justin tells Doris how he gave Gregory a lump of coal for Christmas last year but now he is the most important thing in his life. Joel asks Lurlene to dinner and says to bring a sweater. Then Joel leaves when Ruby comes home. Reena tells Kate that she has lost a lot of friends and wants to get them back. So Reena asks Kate if they can be close again and Kate tells her they never stopped being close. Doris unscrews the phone and puts a bug in it. T.J. visits Ashley and she tells him that she hasn't told Justin about the baby yet and thinks she is going to go back to work at Marshall Oil. Then she tells T.J. that Justin still loves her but she doesn't still love him. Doris sees them kiss. Ruby tells Lurlene that Stella has no friends or family. Then Ruby confesses to Lurlene that she originally came out to the ranch to use her but somehow she never had the heart to take advantage of her. Lurlene forgives her and the girls bond some more. George stops by and sweet talks Vivien and then Judith asks him what he is doing her house. T.J. tells Ashley she can't trust Justin. Then Gregory enters and, when alone with T.J., tells him that he wants his mom and dad to get back together for keeps. Kate tells Reena that Lurlene and Joel are doing well. Then Justin enters and makes a comment about how well Ashley is doing and Reena tells him that it sounds like she is beginning to get to him again. Joel picks Lurlene up for their date. Joel surprises Lurlene with a moonlit picnic on Galveston Bay. Then they talk about the stars and Lurlene mentions her wishing star and Joel makes a wish on it that she would marry him. Judith tells George she is upset that he accused her of hurting Stella. Then George tries to seduce her but she tells him she wants it to end and him out of her life. Then Judith accuses him and Reena of being lovers and when George leaves Judith wishes she had never met him. Reena tells Justin he is visiting Gregory to get back with Ashley and urges him not to go back to her again. Lurlene tells Joel they wished for the same thing and tells him she will marry him.
