Plot Overview

Justin asks Ashley what is wrong and she says she is sorry and walks out. Ruby tells Lurlene there is no mention of the body in the paper. 2 men life the sheet covering Rikki. Nita tells Paige that Billy Joe is very accepting of her career. Justin tells T.J. that Ashley is feeling down about something. Ruby tells Lurlene that she likes the print she made and then Gretchen arrives. Miles watches as Lurlene leaves the apartment. Gretchen asks Ruby about her husband but Ruby wants to talk about Gretchen investing money with her. Elena asks Lurlene for her old job back singing at the Coop and Lurlene agrees. Elena also says that Joe will be eligible for parole in 8 months. The 2 men leave and Rikki looks for the body. Ashley tells T.J. to mind his own business when he asks what's wrong. Nita and Roger make plans for her future. Gretchen leaves and then Billy Joe complains to Ruby about her not paying attention to his career and the extra work Justin wants him to do for Ace High. Rikki finds the body and then leaves quickly. Elena meets Hawker and Boots. T.J. looks over Nita's contract and says it looks very good. Then Nita leaves and T.J. tells Paige that Ashley is bothered about something. Justin surprises Ashley with an office full of flowers, candles and music. Lurlene meets Hawker and Boots. Justin and Ashley dance. Lurlene feels faint when Brette tells her that she is waiting for a friend. Miles breaks into Ruby's apartment. Ruby and Brette have words over Rikki. Nita tells Billy Joe that they are having drinks with Roger before they have their dinner alone. An upset Rikki tells Brette that he found the body. Rikki tells Brette the body was deformed but not Miles. Miles finds the wooden cube but then is shot by Gretchen.
