Season Five (2005-2006) of Teen Titans first began airing on September 24, 2005. The Brotherhood of Evil, a group of villains from Beast Boy's past with the Doom Patrol, has resurfaced and threatens the world by expanding its numbers to include nearly every villain the Titans have faced in the past, and even some new ones. This season introduced a multitude of new characters on the heroes' side to balance it out, including Kid Flash, Kole, Argent and Red Star. The series ended on January 16, 2005 during a special presentation of the final episode.
