Gigantic One-Eyed Monster is the fifth episode of the test run of FUNimation's adaptation of Shin Chan, and the fifth episode overall.

Plot Overview

Needle Mania

Mitzi is going to the doctor for a check-up. Before going, she changes her underwear in hopes that the doctor will ask her to undress, but the opportunity doesn't arrive. Shin interrupts throughout the check-up.

Sister Pact

A jealous Ai decides she wants a sibling, so she asks Penny, who accepts. The two get along, until Ai compares herself to Jessica Simpson and Penny to Ashley Simpson.

A Bootyful Day in the Neighborhood

Shin's grandfather warns Shin not to talk to strangers. When he leaves the house, he's approached by a man who wants Shin to try out his "gigantic one-eyed monster." Shin tries to get the cops, but they don't believe him. The episode ends up trailing off when Shin goes to play baseball with the other kids, only to end up getting drunk with college girls.
