[edit] Plot Overview
While sneaking off to a Strip Club for lunch, JD and Turk encounter a group of protesters and a news crew. Before they can sneak off, the reporter corners them and asks them if they were trying to visit the club. The boys pretend to be protesting but before her questioning can go too far, her cameraman collapses from a heart attack. JD and Turk perform CPR and save the man's life as the reporter picks up the Camera and keeps filming the "Heroic Doctors"
Back at the Hospital, Dr. Kelso is eager to capitalize on the fame of his "Dynamic Duo" especially Turk after a follow-up interview about the problems of being a black doctor in an inner city hospital. Kelso creates a diversity billboard campaign with Turk's image to increase business and the images end up being increasingly insulting to Turk.
Elliot attempts to build a friendship with Carla, but when Carla is caught ditching her all hope seems lost. Meanwhile JD spars with Doctor Cox over which of them should be writing his evaluation.

[edit] Behind the Scenes
- New Day and Time': This episode marks the series' first appearance on a Thursday night. However, the move reflected poorly on Scrubs ratings because of the dropoff in ratings after Friends.
