The town of Norrisville has been protected by a ninja for over 800 years. However a new ninja is selected every four years, and teenager Randy Cunnimgham has been selected. Now, he has to protect Norrisville from the evil plans of the Sorcerer, his ally Hannibal McFist, and Hannibal's assistant Willem Viceroy.
