Plot Overview

Sam leaps outside his lifetime and into his great grandfather during the Civil War. He not only has to ensure he doesn't compromise his lineage, but also do his part to help a family of runaway slaves.

Allusions and References

Kiss with History

• Upon being freed, Isaac takes the last name King. Al then reveals that his grandson will be none other than civil rights leader Martin Luther King.

Goofs

• When Sam comforts the wounded soldier, it alternates between two shots. In one, the soldiers is wearing a hat, but isn't in the other.

• As Al walks across the ground, his feet can be seen shuffling the leaves.
