Angela Fairweather, a very technologically smart woman, is played by Monica Louwerens. She created everything in the Lightspeed Rangers arsenal, from their morphers to their zords. Angela is commonly referred to as Ms. Fairweather to the rest of the crew on the Aquabase, while Joel normally calls her Ms. F.

• 8x26 - The Mighty Mega Battles: Angela and her brother Clark build the mega battles-- a power-up for Joel and Chad. However, Joel mistakes Clark for a boyfriend and begins competing with him for her heart.

• 8x40 - The Fate of Lightspeed (2): Joel and Ms. Fairweather finally go on their first date.
• 9x33 - Time for Lightspeed: Angela and Joel have gotten married and are seen on their honeymoon.

• Ms. Fairweather is the second of three Angela characters. The first being Angela from Mighty Morphin, while the third was Ethan's senior prom date from Thunder Struck (2).
